What does the Enzyme Catalyst do?

THE ENZYMATIC CATALYST has is the property of modifying fuel by changing its molecular structure and liberating the whole of it energy content. This is achieved by that energy which is called Brownian motion, in this case, the agitation of the molecular components of the polymeric chains contained in hydrocarbons.

Catalyst is a substance that is capable of accelerating or retarding a chemical reaction, without breaking down or combined to produce a transformation that modifies the molecules, changing and releasing all the energy contained therein.

Catalysis by enzymes have a number of applications in the food industry, textiles, papermaking, alcohol production, of transformation, in organic chemistry, etc. Its development is designed specifically for liquid fuels derived from petroleum. The catalyst has the ability to alter the physical state of the same, accelerating the breaking of links.

The main property is that fuel is the calorific value for that volume of a mixture of chemically correct air-fuel is released during combustion.

Volatility or evaporation of a liquid fuel is indicated by the air-vapor that can form at a given temperature. This is determined by the test flash point (flash point is the temperature at which the amount of steam produced is sufficient to form a flammable fuel-air mixture momentarily), that each specific type of fuel according to ASTM D 92 52 and D93.

By reducing the temperature of the flash point can be a DEW POINT, with more evaporation resulting mixture of air with higher saturation vapor fuel, which gives a higher calorific value, with a smaller amount of fuel burned and more the complete mixture.

The effect of the catalyst reduces the POINT OF COMBUSTION normal, improving the characteristics of this specific evaporation, pressure and temperatures that are normal fuels. Therefore we obtain a POINT OF COMBUSTION (temperature at which steam is sufficient to maintain a constant flame) at a lower temperature, increasing the amount of gases that burn.
